It’s 5 in the morning and I can’t sleep and I just wanted to take this time to really share some important things. We hear a lot of online marketers saying how easy it is to make money online. How if you just hustle hard and work hard you can make a living online and live anywhere in the world. We all know most of that is BS.
Budget Build Buy! Those are 3 things that have resonated with me and have given me all the things I need and want in my life.
About us
I invite you to join our tribe and follow our journey. 2 years ago I returned to NY after living overseas for 13 years. Overseas in Medellin, Colombia I had properties, a successful business and my kids were in a top private school. However, once my business relationship with my partner became toxic I knew it was time to leave.
Leaving required taking a few steps back. To take a step back on my pride to take a step back on where I was in life and all that I achieved. It wasn’t any easy decision. I was married with two kids and my family had grown accustomed to a certain lifestyle. However, I had the full support of my family! Thankfully.
I also had the complete support of my family in NY. In 2018 I moved into my sister’s house and lived in her basement for 2 years until I was able to buy my own house. Throughout that time I learned some new skills, and now I have my home. Today I dedicate my life to helping other people do the same.

The process comes from over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. The process is also developed from our roles as Certified Financial Planners. Credit credit credit
The Budget and Buy comes easy when the Build is in the best shape possible. An important area of focus and stress for our tribe members is credit and debt management. But it doesn’t have to be. At Budget Build Buy we have a dedicated team of Certified Debt Consultants. They will best determine how to manage your debt.
Never pay interest again
In regards to debt I don’t agree with the 30% credit utilization rule. I believe you need to spend less than 10% on your credit card each month and do your best to leverage never paying interest ever on credit cards. Leverage cash back deals for real money and for the more sophisticated credit card users travel rewards and points rewards. Banks are giving money away. Don´t leave any money on the table, ever! Due to low interest rates banks need other incentives to obtain clients. Cash back deals have replaced the high interest rates of the 70´s and 80´s.
The only interest I pay is on my mortgage. However, by making some small adjustments I will pay off my 30 year mortgage in 8-10 years saving me over $70,000 in interest. We will give you the tools to do the same.
Buy a home in 12-24 months
Some home buying details about us. We were able to buy a home for $200,000 with only $5,000 down. When I started my journey 2 years ago my credit score was in the mid 500´s. However, when I purchased my home my credit score was in the high 700´s. The journey was never easy and at times we felt as if we were not going to make it. However, I followed my one process and I created this process to help people just like you and me to get a home in less than 2 years.
